Overview
This proposed new residential development in the heart of Brockley, South East London, will redevelop the site of a vacant yard/stables in Geoffrey Road, into one detached and eight semi-detached new modern homes.
Following positive consultations with The Brockley Society and residents’ groups, a detailed planning application will be submitted in 2022.
