Overview
This site in Dartford is currently home to a number of vacant commercial buildings. Proposed plans will see it transformed into a vibrant new mixed-use development, with a 90-room branded hotel and 39 high quality new homes.
Following a successful meeting with Dartford Borough Council in Spring 2022, a full planning application was submitted in summer 2023.
