Epicho granted planning permission for 11 new family homes in Tonbridge

We are delighted to announce that our latest scheme for new family homes in Priory Street has been approved by Tonbridge and Malling’s Planning Committee.

The plans include redevelopment of a former builders’ merchants into a new residential development comprising 11 luxury properties, with associated parking and landscaping.

The site is in a desirable location close to Tonbridge Station, which offers the best of both worlds – with excellent public transport links into central London for commuters, as well as connections to the Kent countryside.

The town itself is perfect location for families, with excellent schools and a wide range of amenities, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and a leisure centre.

The scheme, designed by Fuse Architects, is a great example of how an underused brownfield site can be transformed into a vibrant new development, contributing much-needed new housing in the area.
