Epicho Homes launches new customer app

Epicho Homes is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our new homeowner app, which puts all the information our customers need to know about their new home at their fingertips.

Every owner of a new Epicho home will have their own personalised customer portal, giving them quick and easy access to a library of essential documents about their property on-the-go. These include a comprehensive homeowner’s guide, manuals and warranties, EPC (energy efficiency) documents and more.

We understand that any new homeowner will inevitably have questions, and we have endeavoured to make it as easy as possible for them to get answers quickly. The FAQs section of the app covers the most common questions customers may have about maintenance, appliances and what to do in the event of an emergency. For queries not covered in this section, or additional assistance, we have provided all the contact details required – including those of the customer service team and utility providers.

Not only does our homeowner app include all the need-to-know information, it also has a section with articles offering advice and inspiration on everything from interior design to recipes and cleaning tips, helping our customers get the most out of living in their new home.

The launch of the app will coincide with the launch of our Cardinal Square development in Petts Wood later this month.
